Louise G. Staples

(ROANOKE) Louise G. Staples, 79, of 1311 Satterwhite Street, Roanoke, died Saturday, May 6, 2006, at Randolph Medical Center, Roanoke.

Services will be Tuesday, May 9, at 11 a.m. at Peace and Goodwill Baptist Church, Roanoke, with the Rev. Lonnie B. Houston officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.

Survivors include two sons, Wyatt Staples III of Roanoke and Jerry Staples of Canton, Ga.; one granddaughter; one grandson; and several special cousins. She was preceded in death by a brother, John Gates.

The body will be placed in the church one hour before the services.
