NOTICE TO OWNER, SECURED PARTIES OF RECORD, AND LIENHOLDERS OF PENDING SALE OF ABANDONED MOTOR VEHICLE AT PUBLIC AUCTION

To the owner, secured parties of record, and lienholders:

Please take notice that WTW Enterprises, located at 1051 LaFayette Hwy., Roanoke, will offer for sale at public auction to the highest bidder for cash the herein described abandoned motor vehicle. The public auction will be held at 1051 LaFayette Hwy., Roanoke, AL 36274 at WTW Enterprises on 12-30-05.

The abandoned motor vehicle to be auctioned came into the possession of Wendell Williams on August, 1995, at Government St., Roanoke, AL, in the county of Randolph. The approximate amount owed for the cost of repair, towing and storage is $10,000.

The abandoned motor vehicle is presently being stored at 1051 LaFayette Hwy., Roanoke, AL 36274. The vehicle is a blue 1994 GEO Metro, 4-door, having vehicle identification number 2C1MR6469R6701940, with an odometer reading of 8017 miles.

The seller shall have the right to reject any bid that is reasonably low and may postpone the public auction until another specified time and place. In addition, seller expressly reserves the right to bid and purchase at the public auction.

Please be further advised that the Owner, Secured Parties, or Lienholders may contest the Seller’s right to sell the vehicle by filing within ten (10) days before the date of sale of the motor vehicle an application for a hearing to be conducted before a Judge of the District Court or Circuit Court of the County in which the sale is to be held.
