To: Jennie Poindexter, Nell Pannell, Betty Jo VanDam, Carroll Carter, Mack Hinton, and other heirs of Willis Herren

You will take notice that on the 31st day of May, 2005, a certain paper in writing, purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of Willis Herren, deceased, was filed in my office for probate by Joe Mote. On the 1st day of July, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. in the Probate Court of Randolph County, Alabama, has been appointed as the date, time and place for hearing said application, at which time you may appear and contest the same, if you see proper.
