Brown, Personal Representative of the James Lamar Brown Estate, and filed in this Court a Petition for Final Settlement regarding the Last Will and Testament of James Lamar Brown, deceased. If you are in contest of this settlement in any way then you must file such contest and you must appear in the Probate Court located in the Randolph County Courthouse, Wedowee, Alabama, on the 6th day of June, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. at which time this case has been set for hearing of the Final Settlement of said Estate if you see fit and proper.
