Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by George Randall Langley, an unmarried individual, on October 09, 2012, to First State Bank, said mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 577, Page 690, Record of Mortgages, the undersigned, First State Bank, as mortgagee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the Randolph County Courthouse, Wedowee, Alabama, on November 13th, 2014, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate, situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit:
A tract or parcel of land in Section 6, Township 21 South, Range 12 East, Randolph County, Alabama, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the SE corner of the NE 1/4 of NW 1/4 of NE 1/4 Section 6, Township 21 South, Range 12 East; thence West 640 feet, more or less, to a point on the East right of way of Highway 431; thence Northwest along said East right of way of Highway 431, 65 feet, more or less, to a point; thence North 147.75 feet, more or less, to a point on the South right of way of County Road 674; thence Northeast along the South right of way of County Road 674, 714.65 feet, more or less, to a point; thence South 469.29 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Said property being 4.84 acres, more or less, lying and being in the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4, Section 6, Township 21 South, Range 12 East, Randolph County, Alabama.
This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said
mortgage, as well as the expenses of foreclosure.
