More arrests in Five Points murder
WELCH–On Sept. 5, Chambers County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in 33000 block of U.S. Highway 431. Upon arrival, deputies discovered David Heard dead from multiple gun shot wounds.
On Sept. 14, Cordamione Cameron, 21 of LaGrange, Ga., was arrested and charged with capital murder, first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary.
On Oct. 20, additional arrests were made in connection with this case.
Tre-shaniq Burley, 22, of LaGrange has been charged with capital murder, first-degree robbery and first-degree burglary.
Cortney Simms, 26, of 750 Seymour Dr., Apt. 20, Roanoke has been charged with murder and first-degree conspiracy-robbery.
Ashley Spidell Murphy, 24, of 1168 County Rd. 213, Wedowee, has been charged with murder and first-degree conspiracy-robbery.
