Tina Hanner

(WOODLAND) Funeral services for Tina Hanner, 58, of Woodland will be Wednesday, Nov. 23, 2016, at noon at Benefield Funeral Chapel with Sister Carolyn Hanner officiating. Burial will follow at Highway Congregational Methodist Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5-8 p.m. on Tuesday.

Mrs. Hanner died Sunday, Nov. 20, at her residence.

A longtime Randolph County resident, Mrs. Hanner was born June 5, 1958, the daughter of J.D. and Marie Singleton Spears. She was a member of Woodland Church of God.

Survivors include her husband, Danny Hanner of Woodland; five daughters, Jennifer Culp (Corey) of Virginia Beach, Va., and Melissa Deaton (George), Brandy Howell (Shane), Danielle Powell (Scott) and Crystal Baldwin (Jason), all of Woodland; one son, David Macheel (Jennifer) of Chattanooga, Tenn.; 15 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and three brothers, Jimmy Spears of Fairbanks, Alaska, and Russell Spears and James Spears, both of Munford. Mrs. Hanner was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Johnny Spears.

Pallbearers will be Jimmy Spears, Collin Macheel, Jakob Morris, Briar Morris, Brian Baldwin, Brandon Spears, Tom Boykin and Bradley Spears.
