RCHS
RCHS improved to 5-2 overall this season with a 3-1 showing in four games over the weekend in the Golden Eagle Invitational tournament in Oxford.
RCHS picked up wins against Jacksonville, Saks and Central of Clay County before falling in a rematch against Central Saturday.
The Lady Tigers opened the tournament with a 7-2 win over Jacksonville Friday.

Amy Heard got the start on the mound and went the distance as she allowed just one hit and one earned run to get the victory.
They followed that with a 3-1 win over Saks Saturday in which they only managed three runs, despite 12 hits. Emma Prestridge, Amy Heard, Tramya Bailey and Katie Pike each had two hits for RCHS.
