Tracy Lynn Haynes Mobus

(WEDOWEE) Tracy Lynn Haynes Mobus, 46, of Wedowee passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 24, 2024, at her residence.
Survivors include: one daughter, Ashley Mobus of Heflin; one son, Michael Mobus of Wedowee; two grandchildren; father, David Wayne Haynes; stepfather, Eldridge “Doc” Key of Wedowee; grandfathers, Eldridge Key, Sr., and Jeffrey Harris; three sisters, Stephanie Baker (J.J.), Stacey Haygood and Misty Brown, all of Heflin; and two brothers, Steven Haynes (Renae) of Heflin and Patrick Haynes of Saks; an aunt, Donna Barintine Bain (John) of Heflin; two uncles, Mason Key (Patricia) and Jason Key (Julie), both of Wedowee; and four nieces and 11 nephews.
A lifelong Randolph County resident, Ms. Mobus was born on Feb. 15, 1978, the daughter of David Wayne Haynes and Joyce Ann Barintine Key and stepdaughter of Eldridge “Doc” Key. She was a homemaker and volunteered for the Randolph County School System and at the Community Action Agency. Ms. Mobus was preceded in death by her mother; her husband, James “Jim” Frances Mobus; son, Shannon James Mobus; brother, Brandon Key; aunt, Kathleen Mullaly; uncle, Billy Barintine; and several grandparents.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any donations be made to Benefield Funeral Home to go toward final expenses.
