The Town of Wadley is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide professional administrative services in connection with the Town's FY 2010 Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) Project. Administrative services will require the overall management and administration of the LWCF grant project in accordance with all applicable rules and regulations of the LWCF Program. Factors to be considered in the award of this contract will include familiarity and experience with the conditions and needs of the Town of Wadley (20 points), appropriateness of the firm's proposed scope of services (20 points), experience of the firm in administering LWCF projects (20 points), qualifications of key personnel assigned to the project (20 points), and price (20 points). Statements of qualification should be delivered to the Mayor's Office no later than 4:00 p.m., Wednesday, February 2, 2011 to be considered. The Town plans to award the administrative services contract on or before February 7, 2011.
