Notice is hereby given that any and all parties claiming an interest in the property sought to be condemned by the State of Alabama in the above-styled cause, to-wit:

One Thousand Nine Hundred Twelve Dollars in U.S. Currency (1912), consisting of 4 $100 dollar bills, 57 $20 dollar bills, 24 $10 bills, 19 $5 dollar bills, 37 $1 dollar bills, and A, B and C, said defendants being those persons, known or unknown who may claim an ownership interest in the defendant property, to come in and file their claim on or before the 28th day of Feb., 2011, and failing to do so, said claims will be barred.
