Default having been made in the terms of that mortgage executed by Zachary Ryan Wood, a single man, and Sesalie Christoria Leigh Baldwin, a single woman to Bank of Wedowee, which said mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in Mortgage Volume 621, Page 294; and default continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, in Wedowee, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale, on the 6th day of March, 2018.

That certain tract or lot of land, together with all improvements thereon, known as Lot #2, in Block #34, in the Town of Wadley, Alabama, as shown by the map of said town, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 59-60, Office of the Judge of Probate, Randolph County, Alabama, to which reference is made for a more particular description thereof as if set out herein in full.

All or a portion of said real property being generally known as 670 Highland Avenue, Wadley, AL 36276, according to the present system of numbering houses or lots.

Said sale is made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debt and cost of foreclosure, and will be conducted by Joseph R. Fuller Attorney for First Bank of Alabama, successor to the Bank of Wedowee.
