The Town of Wadley is now requesting proposals from qualified engineering firms to undertake all engineering design, surveying, and inspection services required to implement the Town's FY 2010 Land and Water Conservation Fund Project. The project is the expansion of the Wadley Sports Complex. Factors to be considered in the award of this contract will include familiarity and experience with the conditions and needs of Town of Wadley (25 points), overall qualifications of the firm (25 points), prior experience of the firm in implementing LWCF projects (25 points), and qualification of specific personnel to be assigned to the project (25 points). A proposal package containing information on the project may be obtained by contacting Mayor Jim Dabbs 256-395-2261. Statements of qualifications should be submitted to: Honorable Jim Dabbs, Mayor Town of Wadley, P.O. Box 9, Wadley, AL 36276. ATTENTION: LWCF Project Engineering Services.

Statements of qualification should be delivered to Town Hall by 4:00 p.m., on Wednesday, February 2, 2011 to be considered. The Town plans to award the engineering services contract on or before February 7, 2011.
