Default having being made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage dated September 15, 2015 executed by Christopher Blake Floyd, unmarried man, in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc. DBA Real Estate Mortgage Network, said Mortgage being recorded September 17, 2015, in Mortgage Book 605, Page 108, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama; having later been assigned to NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, NewRez LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Randolph County, Alabama on 02/18/2020, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit:
Start at point where the North boundary of the SE 1/4 of NE of Section 4, Township 21 south, Range 12 East , intersects the West side of the unnamed public road running through said forty acres; thence run Southerly along said road a distance of 80 feet to the juncture with a second dirt road (which runs West of said unnamed dirt road); thence run Southerly along the second dirt road a distance of 139.87 feet to the point of beginning; thence continue Southerly along said dirt road a distance of 136.13 feet to a point; thence run West 136.13 feet to a point; thence run Northerly parallel with said second dirt road a distance of 136.13 feet to a point; thence run East 136.13 feet to the point of beginning, being .4 acres, more or less, located in the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 4, Township 21 South, Range 12 East, in Randolph County, Alabama.
