A parcel of land lying in Section 34, Township 21 South, Range 12 East, Randolph County, Alabama and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a found 3/4 inch pipe locally accepted as the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of Section 34, Township 21 South, Range 12 East, Randolph County, Alabama; thence South 82°31'06" West 2870.29 feet to a found 3/4 inch crimped pipe and the POINT OF BEGINNING of parcel herein described; thence South 11°40'51" West 204.84 feet to a set 1/2 inch rebar with cap (WALKER) located on the Northerly right of way of Louina Road; thence along said right of way the following courses: following a curve concave Northerly having a radius of 888.44 feet (chord bears North 76°22'10" West 31.08 feet); thence Westerly along said curve an arc distance of 31.08 feet; thence North 75°31'25" West 45.31 feet to the beginning of a curve concave Southerly having a radius of 691.99 feet (chord bears North 80°55'03" West 143.63 feet); thence Westerly along said curve an arc distance of 143.89 feet to a calculated point; thence leaving said right of way North 12°27'13" East 2.17 feet to a set reference 1/2 inch rebar with cap (WALKER); thence North 12°27'13" East 205.94 feet to a set 1/2 inch rebar with cap (WALKER); thence South 78°19'09" East 217.00 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING.

Containing 1.016 acres, more or less, according to the survey map and plat dated August 14, 2019, prepared by Seth R. Walker, Alabama Professional Land Surveyor, AL PLS No. 30359;

AND

Unknown heirs at law of Rollie Person, Jr., deceased; Brenda Person-Gates; Linda Person-Larry; Donald Eric Person; Rollie Vincent Person; Alvin Dale Person; Unknown heirs at law of Robert Person, deceased;

AND

Any and all unknown parties, including any person claiming a present interest therein and including any person claiming

any future, contingent, reversionary, remainder or other interests therein, who may claim any interest in the above described property;

Any and all unknown parties, including any person claiming a present interest therein and including any person claiming any future, contingent, reversionary, remainder or other interest therein, who make claim any interest in the property the subject of this litigation, said property being situated in Randolph County, Alabama and being more particularly described as follows:

PUTZEK within 30 days after the last publication of this notice or a judgment by default may be rendered against them in Case No. CV 2019-900089, Circuit Court of Randolph County, Alabama.
