Daniel, and recorded in Mortgage Book 524, Page 332 and secured indebtedness having been transferred Wells Fargo Bank, N.A.. Notice of this foreclosure sale may also be provided to the following parties if applicable, who may have some interest in said property, in order that they might avail themselves of the opportunity to bid at said foreclosure sale: Internal Revenue Service.

This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by said mortgage, as well as the expenses of foreclosure.
