Any and all unknown parties, including any person claiming a present interest therein and including any person claiming any future, contingent, reversionary, remainder or other interest therein, who make claim any interest in the property the subject of this litigation, said property being situated in Randolph County, Alabama and being more particularly described as follows:

Lot 9, Block 19, on Piedmont Street together with improvements thereon as shown by map or plat of the W. A. Handley Manufacturing Company property dated November 2, 1953 made by Clarence J. White, Jr., Prof. Engineer and Surveyor which is filed and recorded on the 30th day of December, 1953, in the Miscellaneous Contracts Volume “C,” Pages 444-449, inclusive, in the Office of the Probate Judge of Randolph County, Alabama.

whose residences are unknown, must answer the Complaint of DARLENE DAUGHERTY within 30 days after the last publication of this notice or a judgment by default may be rendered against them in Case No. CV 2021-900019, Circuit Court of Randolph County, Alabama.
