Default having been made of the terms of the loan documents secured by that certain mortgage executed by Joseph W. Navratil Husband Carolyn Navratil Wife Mathew E. Barcus Single to Beneficial Alabama Inc. dated April 14, 2005; said mortgage being recorded on April 18, 2005, in Book 479, Page 548 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama. Said Mortgage was last sold, assigned and transferred to Legacy Mortgage Asset Trust 2018-GS2 by assignment recorded in Deed Book 640, Page 51 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama. The undersigned, Legacy Mortgage Asset Trust 2018-GS2, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the main entrance of the Court House in Randolph County, Alabama during the legal hours of sale (between 11am and 4pm), on the 8th day of June, 2020 the following property, situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit: LOT #7 OF DEERFIELD ESTATES, AS SHOWN ON THE MAP AND PLAT PREPARED BY JAMES W. INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING MANUFACTURED HOME: PINNACLE HOME (MAKE) 2806PL (MODEL) 28X60 (SIZE) 1997 (YEAR) PHAL0468A AND PHAL0486B (SERIAL NUMBERS). SUBJECT PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN RANDOLPH COUNTY. TAX MAP OR PARCEL ID NO.:56-21-02-04-0-000-009.008 THE REAL PROPERTY DESCRIBED IN THIS MORTGAGE INCLUDES AS AN IMPROVEMENT TO THE LAND SET FORTH HEREIN A MOBILE HOME PERMANENTLY AFFIXED TO SUCH LAND. Said property is commonly known as 100 Tucker Way, Roanoke, AL 36274. Should a conflict arise between the property address and the legal description the legal description will control.
