MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE NOTICE

Default having been made in the terms of that Mortgage executed on the 15th day of March, 2018 by Joshua J. Beck, a single man, to Michael Hammond, which said mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Randolph County, Alabama in Mortgage Book 629, at Page 685; and default continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, in Wedowee, Alabama, at 11 o'clock a.m. on the 16th day of May, 2019.

Parcel 1:

Lot 7 of the Doyle Foster Project, containing .64 acres, more or less to wit:

The following lands located in Section 4, Township 19 South, Range 10 East and Section 33, Township 18 South, Range 10 East; begin at a point where County Road No. 82 intersects the South boundary of Section 33, Township 18 Southern Range 10 East; thence run Northeasterly along said roadway 800 foot, more or less, to the most Western corner of Parcel 13.02 in said Section according to the Tax Assessor’s Map of Randolph County, Alabama; thence run Southeasterly along said Parcel 1.02 400 feet, more or less, to its intersection with Parcel 13.05 according to said Tax Assessor’s Map; thence run Southeasterly along the Southwestern side of said Parcel 13.05 700 feet, more or less, to the R.L. Harris Reservoir 795 feet to the Point of Beginning of the property being conveyed herein, thence continue Southwesterly along said 795 foot elevation a distance of 100 feet; thence Westerly 230 feet to the East side of the dirt road; thence Northwesterly along said East side of the dirt road a distance of 100 feet; thence Easterly a distance of 330 feet to the Point of Beginning of the property being conveyed herein.

This conveyance is made subject to the perpetual easement of the Alabama Power Company to that portion of the above property that lies between the 795-800 foot mean sea level elevation marks, Huntsville Meridian.

Harris Reservoir 795 foot elevation; thence Southwesterly along said 795 foot elevation a distance of 825 feet to the Point of Beginning of the property being conveyed herein; thence continue Southwesterly along said 795 foot elevation a distance of 274 feet to the intersection of Hunter Branch and dirt road; thence Northwesterly along the East side of the dirt road (Old Nixon Ford Road) a distance of 274 feet; thence Easterly 230 feet to the Point of Beginning of the property herein being conveyed.

Harris Reservoir 795 foot elevation; thence Southwesterly along said 795 foot elevation a distance of 710 feet to the Point of Beginning of the property being conveyed herein; thence continue Southwesterly along said 795 foot elevation a distance of 15 feet to a point; (This point being the starting point of Gina Mercer’s lot); thence Westerly along Gina Messer’s lot 360 feet to a point in center of Old Nixon Ford Road; thence Northwesterly along center of Old Nixon Ford Road 100 feet to a point thence 378 feet Easterly to point of beginning of the property being conveyed herein; being 1/3 acres, more or less.

This conveyance made subject to the perpetual easement of the Alabama Power Company to that portion of the above property that lies between the 795-800 foot mean sea level elevation marks, Huntsville Meridian.

Property will be sold “as is” with any and all liens or encumbrances of record. Said sale is made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debts and cost of foreclosure, and will be conducted by Chad Lee. Payment in full is due at the time of sale.
