Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Jeremy Wade Striblin and Cassandra G. Striblin, husband and wife, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Hometown Mortgage Services, Inc., on the 3rd day of February, 2006, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in Mort Book 492 Page 598; along with Order in Mort Book 646, Page 266; the undersigned  U.S. Bank National Association, as Trustee for Residential Asset Securities Corporation, Home Equity Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2006-KS7  , as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Wedowee, Randolph County, Alabama, on May 20, 2020, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit:

From said Point of Beginning, the following chords along said right of way: South 24 degrees 50 minutes 45 seconds East, a distance of 31.07 feet; thence South 34 degrees 15 minutes 55 seconds East a distance of 68.76 feet; thence South 38 degrees 09 minutes 13 seconds East, a distance of 89.50 feet; thence South 35 degrees 47 minutes 59 seonds East, a distance of 113.66 feet; thence South 29 degrees 58 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 74.77 feet; thence South 22 degrees 03 minutes 49 seconds East, a distance of 146.25 feet; thence South 21 degrees 32 minutes 44 seconds East a distance of 55.60 feet; thence South 23 degrees 43 minutes 25 seconds East, a distance of 66.02 feet; thence South 30 degrees 50 minutes 17 seconds East, a distance of 97.98 feet; thence South 34 degrees 14 minutes 28 seconds East, a distance of 71.61 feet; thence South 33 degrees 56 minutes 02 seconds East, a distance of 116.58 feet; thence leaving said right of way, South 33 degrees 52 minutes 44 seconds West, a distance of 233.71 feet; thence North 29 degrees 56 minutes 32 seconds West, a distance of 1153.22 feet; thence South 88 degrees 45 minutes 41 seconds East, a distance of 237.52 feet to the Point of Beginning.  Being located in Section 9 and Section 10, Township 20-S, Range 12-E, Randolph County, Alabama.
