Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by John Rudy Windsor, unmarried, originally in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., on the 19th day of March, 2013, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in Mort Book 582 Page 752; the undersigned Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Wedowee, Randolph County, Alabama, on August 1, 2019, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit:
Lots Numbered 14 and 15 in Block E according to map or plat of Rose Hill Subdivision of property of B C Jones made by Charlie R Pittman dated August 12 1919 and recorded in Office of Probate Judge of Randolph County Alabama said lots being more particularly described as follows Beginning at a point which is the intersection of the Easterly side of Pershing Avenue with the Northerly side of Bulloch Street and running East along the Northerly side of Bulloch Street a distance of 105 feet thence at right angles run Northerly a distance of 150 feet thence Westerly a distance of 116 feet to Pershing Avenue thence Southerly along the East side of Pershing Avenue 150 feet to the beginning point Said lots being in the City of Roanoke Alabama

The balance of the purchase price must be paid in certified funds by noon the next business day at the Law Office of Sirote & Permutt, P.C. at the address indicated below. Sirote & Permutt, P.C. reserves the right to award the bid to the next highest bidder should the highest bidder fail to timely tender the total amount due.
