A Complaint has been filed in the Circuit Court of Randolph County to quiet title to the following described property in the name of Murphy Adcock:

Commencing at a 1” crimp pipe, being the SE corner of Lot 1 of Spring Hill Est. recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 138 in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Randolph County, Alabama said point being the point of beginning; thence N 03 degrees 04 minutes 00 seconds West a distance of 138.00 feet along the east line of said Lot 1 to a corner set; thence continue along said lot North 07 degrees 21 minutes 03 seconds West a distance of 18.00 feet to a corner set; thence North 07 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds West along the east line of Lot 2, a distance of 121.30 feet to a corner set; thence North 08 degrees 13 minutes 47 seconds West a distance of 109.02 feet to a 1” crimp pipe found at a fence; thence North 89 degrees 47 minutes 45 seconds East along said meandering fence, a distance of 160.19 feet to a corner set on the West right of way of Lafayette Road (R/W 50') and the point of curvature of a non-tangent curve, concave to the west, having a radius of 1392.28' a central angle of 12 degrees 42 minutes 53 seconds, and a chord of 308.33' bearing South 01 degrees 01 minutes 01 seconds 48” West; thence South along said curve, a distance of 308.97 feet to a found concrete right of way marker; thence continue along said road South 10 degrees 33 minutes 16 seconds West a distance of 53.69' to a 1/2” rebar found at the intersection of the north right of way of Spring Hill Drive and with the west right of way Lafayette Highway; thence South 77 degrees 20 minutes 29 seconds West along Spring Hill Drive a distance of 106.60' to the point of beginning; said described tract containing 1.17 acres, more or less; Note all corners set are 1/2” rebars stamped Jackson CA-615.

Anyone claiming an interest in this property should file your notice of claim in the Circuit Court of Randolph County on or before the 13th day of November, 2020, or a judgment will be entered against you.
