BEGIN at the Northeast corner of Lot 3 of North Point Landing Subdivision, Section Five, as shown on plat recorded in Plat Cabinet B at Slide 185, which said point is the Southeast corner of Lot 2; thence run South 67 degrees 29 minutes 31 seconds West for a distance of 204.28 feet, more or less, to a point being the Southwest corner of Lot 2; thence run North 19 degrees 44 minutes 06 seconds West for a distance of 51.36 feet, more or less, to a point; thence run North 47 degrees 15 minutes 35 seconds West for a distance of 22.37 feet, more or less, to the Northwest corner of Lot 2; thence run North 65 degrees 45 minutes 44 seconds East for a distance of 206.27 feet to a point on the West right-of-way line of North Point Drive (having a 60-foot right-of-way), said point being the Northeast corner of Lot 2; thence run South 26 degrees 10 minutes 15 seconds East along the West right-of-way line of North Point Drive for a distance of 78.00 feet, more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING,

ROBERT LAMUTT, DICK JAMES, and any and all unknown parties, including any person claiming a present interest therein and including any person claiming any future, contingent, reversionary, remainder or other interests therein, who may claim any interest in the above described property;

Any and all unknown parties, including any person claiming a present interest therein and including any person claiming any future, contingent, reversionary, remainder or other interest therein, who make claim any interest in the property the subject of this litigation, said property being situated in Randolph County, Alabama and being more particularly described as follows:

whose residences are unknown, must answer the Complaint of DARLENE DAUGHERTY and KENNETH ADAMSON within 30 days after the last publication of this notice or a judgment by default may be rendered against them in Case No. CV 2021-900018, Circuit Court of Randolph County, Alabama.
