Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Melody Pike, an unmarried woman, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Capital City Bank, on the 12th day of April, 2012, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in Book 572, Page 700; the undersigned MidFirst Bank, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Wedowee, Randolph County, Alabama, on April 8, 2020, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit:
Commencing at the Southeast corner of Lot 32, Block A, of the N B McPherson Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 11-12 (basement) in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama said point being at the intersection of the Westerly R/W line of Avenue A with the Northwesterly R/W line of Cannon Street, thence South 83 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds West along last mentioned R/W line 261 10 feet to the true point of beginning of the parcel of land herein described, thence continue along said R/W line South 83 degrees 44 minutes 45 seconds West for 238 51 feet, thence leaving said R/W line North 01 degree 03 minutes 35 seconds West for 341 20 feet thence South 87 degrees 28 minutes 26 seconds East for 336 00 feet, thence South 03 degrees 57 minutes 57 seconds East for 150 00 feet, thence South 83 degrees 59 minutes 00 seconds West for 100 00 feet, thence South 01 degree 18 minutes 56 seconds West for 140.06 feet to the true point of beginning, said parcel of land lying in Section 35, Township 21 South, Range 12 East, Roanoke, Randolph County, Alabama, and containing 2.137 acres, more or less, according to that certain survey prepared by Henry K. McBride, AL Reg No 12706, dated November, 1998.
