Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on June 5, 2003 by Kenya Owensby, An Unmarried Man, originally in favor of Long Beach Mortgage Company, and recorded in MORT Book 446 at Page 112 on June 10, 2003, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, and secured indebtedness having been transferred or assigned to Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee, in trust for registered Holders of Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2003-4, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2003-4 as reflected by instrument recorded in Mort Book 540, Page 52 of the same Office. Shapiro and Ingle, L.L.P., as counsel for Mortgagee or Transferee and under and by virtue of power of sale contained in the said mortgage will, on August 26, 2019, sell at public outcry to the highest bidder in front of the main entrance of the Randolph County, Alabama, Courthouse in the City of Wedowee, during the legal hours of sale, the following real estate situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to wit:
