Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Marquita L. Robertson, unmarried, originally in favor of Walter Mortgage Company, LLC on April 5, 2011, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, at Mort Book 563, Page 601; the undersigned U.S. Bank, N.A., as Trustee, successor in interest to Wachovia Bank, National Association, as Trustee, successor by merger to First Union National Bank as Trustee, for Mid-State Trust VIII, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash or certified funds, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Randolph County, Alabama, on October 20, 2020, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit:

Said parcel contains 1.00 acres more or less. The above described parcel is jubject to 1/2 (one half) Of the right-of-way for a 30’ (thirty-foot) wide public road of the west side thereof.
