Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Ross Dwayne Dye, a married man and Felicia K. Dye, a married woman, originally in favor of Long Beach Mortgage Company, on March 3, 2006, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in MORT Book 494, Page 355; the undersigned Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, asTrustee, in trust for registered Holders of Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2006-4, Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-4, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Wedowee, Randolph County, Alabama, on December 16, 2021, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit: Lot 14 of Springfield Farms Subdivision as recorded in Plat Cabinet "B" Slide 169 as found in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Randolph County, Alabama.
