Overton, husband and wife, originally in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., on May 18, 2009, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in MORT Book 544 Page 172; modified in Book 628, Page 28; the undersigned M&T Bank, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Wedowee, Randolph County, Alabama, on February 9, 2021, during the legal hours of sale, all of its rights, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit: A parcel of land located in Section 32, Township 21 South, Range 10 East, Huntsville Meridian, Randolph County, Alabama being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at an iron pin found marking the intersection of the West Line of the Southeast 1/4 of said Section 32 and the North right of way of Randolph County Road 832; thence along the North right of way of said County Road 832 South 61 degrees 06 minutes 36 seconds East for a distance of 147.57 feet to an Iron pin set and the True Point of Beginning of the parcel to be herein described; thence leaving said right of way North 16 degrees 58 minutes 02 seconds East for a distance of 209.50 feet to an iron pin set; thence South 69 degrees 43 minutes 05 seconds East for a distance of 164.00 feet to an iron pin set; thence South 16 degrees 58 minutes 02 seconds West for a distance of 209.50 feet to an iron pin set on the North right of way of County Road 832; thence along said right of way North 69 degrees 43 minutes 05 seconds West for a distance of 164.00 feet to the Point of Beginning. - Together with and subject to all easements, covenants and restrictions of record. - Said parcel contains 0.787 acres more or less. - According to my survey April 16, 2009. - The above described real property includes the following manufactured home: 2008 Fleetwood Carriage Manor Xtreme, GAFL875A79760-CI11 and GAFL875B79760-CI11, permanently affixed to said land. -.
