Hendrix, husband and wife , in favor of Bombardier Capital Inc., said Mortgage being recorded February 19, 1999, in Book 377, Page72, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama; having later been assigned to The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as successor to BNY Midwest Trust Company, BNY Midwest Trust Company, as successor Harris Trust and Savings Bank, as Trustee, of Bombardier Capital Mortgage Securitization Corporation, Senior/Subordinated Pass-Through Certificates, Series 1999-B by instrument recorded in Mortgage Book 638, Page 399, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama. Said default continues and notice is hereby given that the undersigned, The Bank of New York Mellon Trust Company, N.A., as successor to BNY Midwest Trust Company, BNY Midwest Trust Company, as successor Harris Trust and Savings Bank, as Trustee, of Bombardier Capital Mortgage Securitization Corporation, Senior/Subordinated Pass-Through Certificates, Series 1999-B, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash at the main entrance to the County Courthouse, Randolph County, Alabama on 06/20/2019, during the legal hours of sale, the following described real estate situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit:

Lots 15 and 16 of Twin Lakes Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 66 as found in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Randolph County, Alabama. Including 1998 Redman Advantage Manufactured Home Serial No. 14432294 70 X 28.
