Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed by Doris Andrews, originally in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as nominee for Sun West Mortgage Company, Inc., on the 22nd day of August, 2009, said mortgage recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama, in MORT Book 548, Page 610; the undersigned Reverse Mortgage Funding LLC, as Mortgagee/Transferee, under and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, will sell at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash, in front of the main entrance of the Courthouse at Wedowee, Randolph County, Alabama, on September 10, 2020, during the legal hours of sale, all of its right, title, and interest in and to the following described real estate, situated in Randolph County, Alabama, to-wit:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Mrs. Mary East Lot on Lane Street, and running West along said Lane Street Sixty Five (65) feet to lot owned by Sally Vinson, thence South along the line of the Sally Vinson Lot One Hundred Sixty Five (165) feet to a corner; thence East sixty five (65) feet to the Southwest corner of said Mary East Lot; thence North One Hundred Sixty Five (165) feet along section line to beginning corner, situated in the City of Roanoke, Alabama. Said property further described in Deed Recorded Book 46, Page 94 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of said County.
