Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain Mortgage executed by LUV-N-CARE DAYCARE LLC, an Alabama Limited Liability Company, to METRO BANK on April 22, 2016, said Mortgage being recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate, Randolph County, Alabama, in Book 610, Page 459, and METRO BANK, Mortgagee, by reason of such default having declared all of the indebtedness secured by said Mortgage due and payable and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said Mortgage will sell at public outcry for cash to the highest bidder, in front of the main entrance of the Randolph County Courthouse, Wedowee, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale on July 10, 2019, the following described real estate:

West 100.23 feet to an iron pin set and the point of beginning; thence North 87 deg. 06 min. 15 sec. West 232.00 feet to an iron pin set on a fence line which is South 00 deg. 59 min. 40 sec. West 90.00 feet from an iron pin found on the North line of Section 16; thence South 00 deg. 59 min. 40 sec. West 465.00 feet to an iron pin set which is North 17 deg. 26 min. 27 sec. East 327.27 feet from the intersection of the centerlines of Williams Street and Woodland Drive; thence North 27 deg. 52 min. 54 sec. East 512.73 feet to the point of beginning.

The property is located in Randolph County at 101 Williams Street, Woodland, Alabama 36280.

This sale is made for the purpose of paying the indebtedness secured by the above-described Mortgage, and the proceeds thereof will be applied as provided by the terms of said Mortgage.
