NOTICE OF LEGAL ACTION

Any and all unknown parties, including any person claiming a present interest therein and including any person claiming any future, contingent, reversionary, remainder or other interest therein, who make claim any interest in the property the subject of this litigation, said property being situated in Randolph County, Alabama and being more particularly described as follows:

Lot #8 and portions of Lots #9, #15, and #16, of Block #25 of the W.A. Handley Manufacturing Property, located in the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of Section 26, Township 21 South, Range 12 East, City of Roanoke, Randolph County, Alabama. Said property being described as Lot #8 and all that property within a chain link fence bounding this lot, and referenced to the plat of Block #25 of W.A. Handley Property as recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Randolph Co. in Slide Cabinet A, slide 437, and being more particularly described as follows: Commencing at an iron pin found (capped rebar) on the Northwesterly ROW of East Ave (50 ft.) and marking the SE corner of Lot #8 Block #25 of W.A. Handley Property as recorded in the Office of the Probate Judge, Randolph Co. in Slide Cabinet A, slide 437, said point being the Point of Beginning of the hereafter described property; thence N 39°56'14" W a distance of 134.98 ft. to an existing pipe found on a fence line; thence S 65°45'50" W a distance of 3.76 ft. to an iron pin set at a fence corner; thence S 83°56'17" W a distance of 40.13 ft. to a point on an existing chain link fence; thence S 79°29'01" W a distance of 32.20 ft. to an iron pin set at a fence corner; thence S 27°12'57" E a distance of 34.49 ft. to an iron pin set at a 3 way fence corner; thence S 29°15'04" E a distance of 61.59 ft. to an existing 1/2" open pipe on the fence line; thence S 37°04'17" E a distance of 78.31 ft. to an iron pin set on the Northwesterly ROW of East Ave; thence N 50°33'38" E a distance of 1.26 ft. to an iron pin found (1/2" pipe); thence continuing along the ROW bearing N 51°15'25" E a distance of 86.68 ft. to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.29 ACRES, more or less.

whose residences are unknown, must answer the Complaint of THE ESTATE OF PHILLIP COX within 30 days after the last publication of this notice or a judgment by default may be rendered against them in Case No. CV 2019-900076, Circuit Court of Randolph County, Alabama.
