Default having been made in the terms of that mortgage executed by CHRISTOPHER TODD HARVEL, and wife, CYNTHIA N. HARVEL to First Bank of Alabama, as successor in interest to the Bank of Wedowee, which said mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Judge of Probate of RANDOLPH County, Alabama, in Mortgage Book 618, Page 71; and default continuing, and by virtue of the power of sale contained in said mortgage, the following described property will be sold AS IS at public outcry, for cash, to the highest bidder, in front of the Courthouse door of said County, in Wedowee, Alabama, during the legal hours of sale, on the 24th day of September, 2019.

Lot 3 of Chimney Cove Subdivision in accordance with the plat prepared by Crawford and Associates, recorded in Plat Cabinet B at Slides 678 and 679 in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama.

All or a portion of said real property being generally known as 39 Autumn Hickory Trail, Wedowee, AL 36278, according to the present system of numbering houses or lots.

Said sale is made for the purpose of paying the mortgage debt and cost of foreclosure, and will be conducted by Joseph R. Fuller Attorney for First Bank of Alabama, successor in interest to the Bank of Wedowee.
