(PALMETTO, Ga.) A graveside service for Douglas Allan Davidson, 73, of Palmetto, Ga., will be Friday, March 19, 2021, at 11 a.m. at Randolph Memory Gardens with the Rev. Scott Whaley officiating.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 5 to 8 p.m. on Thursday.

Mr. Davidson passed away Monday, March 15, at his residence.

A native of Michigan, Mr. Davidson was born on July 29, 1947, the son of Donald and Mary Ellen Davidson. He was retired from the U.S. Navy and worked in the ordnance and was also employed at US Foods in Fairburn, Ga.

Survivors include his wife, Judith Lee Wallace Davidson; daughter, Kristi Davidson Camyy (Onix) of Puerto Rico; sons, Jeff Davidson (Susan) and Jeremy Davidson (Wendy), both of Palmetto; four grandchildren, Craig Cambron, Ryan Rodriquez, Britney Wood and Timmy Wood; brother, Dennis Davidson of Monroe, MI; and beloved dog, Ravan. Mr. Davidson was preceded in death by his parents.

Pallbearers will be members of the U.S. Navy.
