(WEDOWEE) Graveside services for Dwayne B. Adamson, 73, of Wedowee will be Sunday, Nov. 8, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Midway United Methodist Church Cemetery with Bro. Mike Brewer and Matt Bearden officiating.

The family requests everyone attending the service to please wear a mask.

Mr. Adamson died Friday, Nov. 6, at his residence.

A Randolph County native, Mr. Adamson was born March 4, 1947, the son of Wes and Delia Bean Adamson. He was a foreman and heavy equipment operator for Randolph County for over 30 years and loved to fish.

Survivors include his son, Tim Adamson (Amy) of Randolph County; three grandchildren, Karon, Leanne and Chasity; sister, Laverne Dotson; sisters-in-law, Patsy Laney of Ranburne and Fran Dale of Knoxville, Tenn.; and two brothers, Comer Adamson of Niceville, Fla., and Bobby Adamson of Wedowee. Mr. Adamson was preceded in death by his parents; wife, Ann Adamson; and several brothers and sisters.

Pallbearers will be Alan Satterwhite, Gerald Adamson, Johnny Bearden, Johnny Parker, Joe Noles and Frankie McClain.
