Mrs. Huddleston was born Sept. 25, 1943, in Heard County, Ga., to the late Jessy Ripley Breed and Sally Fannie Shepard Breed. She had been attending Olive Branch Baptist Church. She dedicated her life to that of a homemaker and wife. Few things gave her more pleasure than to cook a big meal and have everyone over for a family gathering. She held a special place in her heart for her grandchildren and great-grandchild. In her free time she enjoyed growing flowers on her porch.
Survivors include her daughter, Susy Chatman (Danny Joe) of Franklin; two sons, Jeff Huddleston (Diane) and Doyle Huddleston, both of Franklin; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; two sisters, Mary Nell Skipper of Franklin and Mildred West of Whitesburg, Ga.; three brothers, Johnny Breed, Jessie Breed and Edward Breed, all of Franklin; and a number of other relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, A.D. Huddleston.
