(WOODLAND) Peggy Louise Harmon of Woodland passed away on April 22, 2021. She was 68.

The funeral will be Monday, April 26, at 11 a.m. EDT in the chapel of Rainwater Funeral Home. Interment will follow at Beulah Baptist Church.

Mrs. Harmon was born January 11, 1953, in Roanoke to the late William Parker and Mildred Taylor.

Survivors include her children, Carol Sheppard (Alton), Sonja Rape (Brian) and Frances Davis (Billy); sisters, Linda McKee (Alvin), Annette Hand (Lee), Eris King and Bonnie Wright; brothers, Danny Taylor (Karen) and Jerry Taylor; half-brothers and -sisters, Barbara Parker, Bill Parker, Paul Parker, Jo Rich and Sam Parker; nine grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers, Timothy, Bobby Ray, Richard and Clinton Taylor; and a great-grandson, Noehlon Thompson.
