(CARROLLTON, Ga.) Timothy Lee "Timmy" Allums, 50, of Carrollton, Ga., passed away Friday, Oct. 22, 2021.
His memorial service will be Saturday, Oct. 30, at 11 a.m. EDT in the chapel of Stutts Funeral Home in Franklin, Ga., with the Rev. Jeff Marks officiating.
The family will accept guests at Stutts Funeral Home Saturday from 10 to 11 a.m. prior to the service.
Mr. Allums was born Nov. 8, 1970, in Carroll County, Ga., to the late Charles Michael Allums and Shirley Ann Masdon Allums. He was a Christian by faith. One of his favorite pastimes was drawing. He had an artist's talent and could draw anything. His family and friends were most important to him. He had a great sense of humor and enjoyed joking around and making everyone laugh. He had a spirit that lifted others up and made them smile.
Survivors include his four children, Levi Stone Allums of Woodland, Ala., and Jadea Ann Allums, Kelsey Marie Ackey (Demontrea) and Kendyl Madrid Williams, all of Carrollton; Kendyl's mother, Natasha Williams; four grandchildren; five sisters, Kimberly Dawn Lewis (Paul) of Franklin, Ann Shiver (Derick) of Thomasville, Ga., Tiffany Grace Allums of Bowdon, Ga., and Jenna Brooke Goolsby and Alisha Goolsby, both of Alabama; two brothers, Travis Eugene Allums of Gainesville, Ga., and Cody Goolsby of Douglasville, Ga.; other family and friends. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Tammy Lynn Allums; and son-in-law and friend, Brandon Mark Thomaston.
