(ROANOKE) Jerry Lee Mabry, 54, of Roanoke died surrounded with loved ones on Wednesday, Aug. 28, 2019, at his dream home to board his horses and enjoy life in the country.
A homegoing service was Sunday, Sept. 1, at 4 p.m. EDT at the Joshua R. Mabry Center for the Performing Arts on the campus of Carrollton High School. Burial was at Carrollton City Cemetery.
He was born Feb. 1, 1965, in Carrollton, Ga., son to Levonia and the late Joshua Roy Mabry. He was employed with Delta Airlines in customer services and was a member of New Mountain Top Baptist Church, Winston, Ga. Jerry was a 1983 graduate of Carrollton High School. He had a love for horses, aquariums and doves.
He is survived by his loving wife, Karen Milde Mabry of Roanoke; mother Levonia Mabry; sisters, Elaine Mabry and Lynn Mabry Ingram; brothers, Terry Mabry, Keen Mabry and Stanley Almon; nieces and nephews, T.J., Keenan, Courtney, Janay, Torrez, Mallory, Josh, Keen Jr., Keelyn, Keeyah, Keegan, Kameron, Kenzie and Brooke; great-nieces and nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
