(BIRMINGHAM) Fred Shaloam Bell, 41, of Birmingham, formerly of Roanoke, died Dec. 19, 2020 in Birmingham.
The funeral will be Saturday, Dec. 26, at 10 a.m. at Grace Memorial Chapel (Roebuck) in Birmingham. Burial will follow at 2:30 p.m. at Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery in Roanoke.
