Arrest and incident report for April 25th - May 1st. All persons charged are innocent until proven guilty in a count of law.
PINE FLAT - Randolph County Sheriff's Office personnel responded to the emergency department of Tanner-East Alabama Medical Center on May 1 when it was reported that a man had been run over by a vehicle.
Brian Knight, 47, of Wedowee was allegedly run over by a family member during an argument outside a home on County Road 892 in the Pine Flat community.
His injuries were serious and he was transferred to a larger hospital.
The incident remains under investigation by Randolph County Sheriff's Department.
Chicken house fire: A chicken house on County Road 112 in the Bethel East community was destroyed by fire on April 30.
Margaret Parmer was the owner of the chicken house that was no longer being used for birds, but was being used by Bobby Crenshaw to store farm equipment.

Timothy Truman Harmon Sr., 53, of 3378 County Rd. 14, Roanoke - failure to appear in court (third-degree possession of a forge instrument, third-degree domestic violence, possession of a forged instrument and second-degree theft of property) - May 1
