Gregory Terry Bailey, 46, of LaFayette - failure to appear in court (manslaughter and second-degree assault) - Oct. 21. (Bailey pleaded guilty in the August 2004 shooting death of Chad Parker, 25, of Woodland, who was a bystander at a party a residence between Wedowee and Malone. He was also indicted on an assault in the same incident.)

Charles Louis Gary Jr., 36, of 150 County Rd. 131, Roanoke - breaking and entering a vehicle, fourth-degree theft of property and failure to appear in court (second-degree theft of property, third-degree burglary, possession of burglary tools and first-degree theft of property) - Oct. 20

Jason Scott Hardegree, 39, of Newnan, Ga. - menacing, reckless endangerment, unlawful imprisonment, attempted murder and first-degree domestic violence - Oct. 20. This is the suspect in last week's front-page story, who was in jail in Coweta County, Ga., last week.

Justin Paul Bowyer, 29, of 524 Knight Ave., Roanoke - third-degree burglary and first-degree theft of property

Thefts

A red 1992 Lincoln Town Car and a red 2010 Jeep Patriot were reported taken from a residence on Highway 48 in Graham on Oct. 24.

A Yamaha golf cart was reported stolen from a residence on County Road 103, east of Woodland, on Oct. 20.

A pistol was reported stolen from a residence on Deer Circle in the Foster's Crossroads area on Oct. 19.

A chainsaw was reported stolen from County Road 131 near Welcome Home Church on Oct. 19.

A rod and reel was reported stolen from a residence on County Road 256 near Swagg on Oct. 21.

Other incidents

Criminal littering was reported on Oct. 20 County Road 804 near Auslin's Chapel, where someone dumped roofing shingles.
