Sealed bids will be received by the Randolph County Board of Education at the above address until 12:00 PM (Noon), June 25, 2026, and then publicly opened and read aloud for the following project:

PROJECT: Wadley High School Flooring Project
LOCATION: Wadley, Alabama

The work includes, but is not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services necessary to complete flooring improvements in accordance with the project specifications.

Plans, specifications, and contract documents are available for review at the Randolph County Board of Education and may be obtained from John Jacobs. Site Visits should be arranged with the school.

All bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked:
“Sealed Bid – Wadley High Flooring Project”

All bidders shall comply with the applicable provisions of the Alabama Public Works Law, including, but not limited to, licensing requirements.

Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond payable to the Randolph County Board of Education in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000, in accordance with Alabama law.

The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.

The Randolph County Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bidding process.
