Curtis Fisher

(ROANOKE) Graveside services for Curtis Fisher, 91, of Roanoke will be held on Monday, Nov. 13, 2023, at 2 p.m. at Randolph Memory Gardens with Bro. Kevin Buttrum officiating.

Mr. Fisher passed away Saturday, Nov. 11, 2023, at Lafayette Nursing Home.

Survivors include: one daughter, Deanna Ann McLucas of Roanoke; one son, David Fisher (Jan Wallace) of Roanoke; and several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

A Roanoke native, Mr. Fisher was born on Aug. 11, 1932, the son of William Henry and Velma Fisher.  He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church and was a United States Army veteran.  Mr. Fisher worked as a plant manager for Transco Continental Pipeline before his retirement.  He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Annie Ree Fisher; son, James Danny Fisher; and several brothers and sisters.
