NOTICE OF LEGAL ACTION
Any and all unknown parties, including any person claiming a present interest therein and including any person claiming any future, contingent, reversionary, remainder or other interest therein, who make claim any interest in the property the subject of this litigation, said property being situated in Randolph County, Alabama and being more particularly described as follows:
Three and one-half acres, more or less, described as follows: Begin at the NE corner of the NW 1/4 of SE 1/4; thence run West 310 feet, more or less, to a point; thence run South 550 feet, more or less, to a point; thence Northeasterly 140 feet along road; thence North 210 feet; thence East 210 feet; thence North 210 feet to the point of beginning. Being part of the NW 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 17, Township 19 South, Range 10 East in Randolph County, Alabama.
whose residences are unknown, must answer the Complaint of Darlene Daugherty within 30 days after the last publication of this notice or a judgment by default may be rendered against them in Case No. CV-23-900057 Circuit Court of Randolph County, Alabama.
