Whereas, default has occurred in the performance of the covenants, terms and conditions of a lease agreement by Shari Palmer & Banks McGowan (Occupant), Debbie Brown (Occupant) and Safe Storage of Wedowee, LLC (Operator) for certain storage units located at 778 W. Broad St., Wedowee, AL, notice is hereby given that the Operator is enforcing the lien and will sale the personal property located within the storage units per Article 2A of the Alabama Self Storage Facilities Act. The personal property located in the Occupants leased storage units will be sold at auction at on October 14, 2023, at 778 West Broad St., Wedowee, AL at 11:00 am CST.
