ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDDERS

A. Project: 23064.00 McCrary Mountain Road Water System Improvements

B. Owner: Randolph County Water Authority

C. Engineer: InSite Engineering, LLC.

D. All qualified bidders are invited to submit a Bid under sealed envelope to Randolph County Water Authority for the installation of approximately 7,150 +/- L.F. of 6” Class 250 PVC water main, 70 +/- L.F. of 6” ductile iron water main, water service connections (with meters, backflow preventors and meter boxes), tapping sleeve and valve, 4” master meter and valve vault assembly, fire hydrant assemblies, and all necessary appurtenances to successfully complete the project. Owner will receive Bids at the Board Office, located at 1307 Main St. S, Wedowee, Alabama 36278, until 10:00 a.m. local standard time on the 26th day of October 2023, at which time and place the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Bids not received by the indicated time will not be opened.

E. All Contract Documents may be obtained in electronic format only from the Engineer via the Online Plan Library at www.insiteengineering.org. Addenda and other bidding information will be issued only to holders of drawings and specifications distributed by the Engineer.
