PUBLIC NOTICE

The Randolph County Commission is considering the feasibility of closing (vacating) a section of roadway in the Bethel (Sewell) Community being more particularly described as follows:

Commencing at the intersection of County Road 449 and County Road 446, for a point of beginning, thence run easterly along said County Road 446 a distance of approximately 0.97 miles to the intersection with County Road 101, said roadway lying in the Sections 4, 5, 8, and 9, Township 19 S, Range 13 E, Randolph, County Alabama.

A public hearing will be held in the Commission Annex located at 12 Broad Street East in Wedowee Alabama during the regular scheduled Commission Work Session on October 19, 2023 at 3:00 pm. Interested parties should contact Justin Rush, County Engineer, at (256)357-2311.
