Peter Brunner

(WEDOWEE) Peter Brunner, 78, of Wedowee, passed away on Saturday, Aug. 26, 2023, at his home.

Survivors include his wife, Badea Brunner of Wedowee; sons, Jason Brunner and David Knight of Wedowee and Mel Brunner of Atlanta; and cousins, Herbert and Rita Brunner. Maya, Edith, and Rolph Aschwanden, of Zurich, Switzerland, and Rosemarie Breeding of Douglasville, Ga.

A Zurich, Switzerland native, Mr. Brunner was born on Aug. 5, 1945, the son of Hans and Anna Brunner. He served in the Swiss Army before coming to the United States in 1971. Mr. Brunner was a professional musician and also the co-owner of K-Swiss. He was preceded in death by his parents.
