Default having been made in the payment of the indebtedness secured by that certain mortgage executed on August 23, 2017 by Johnnie W. Brown aka surviving spouse of C. Judson Brown, originally in favor of Wells Fargo Bank, N.A., and recorded in MORT Book 625 at Page 15 on August 30, 2017, in the Office of the Judge of Probate of Randolph County, Alabama. Beginning for reference at a track axle that is driven at the SE corner of the W 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 2, Township 22 North, Range 11, in Randolph County, Alabama, and run thence N 2 degrees 10 minutes W 118 feet to a stake; thence N 16 degrees 30 minutes W 460 feet to a stake on the Northerly right of way line of State of 1-lighway 22, the point of beginning of the property herein conveyed; thence N 32 degrees 31 minutes W 310 feet to a point marked by a stake; thence S 61 degrees 15 minutes W 167 feet to a point marked by a stake; thence S 32 degrees 31 minutes E 310 feet to a point marked by a stake on the Northerly right of way line of said Alabama Highway 22; thence N 61 degrees 15 minutes E along said Northerly right of way line 167 feet to the point of beginning, said property lying and being in the SE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 2, Township 22, Range 11, and containing 1.19 acres, more or less, together with all additions and improvements thereon.
